7.4.9滚动部件的滚动阻力不应超过垂直荷载的4%。 7.4.10滚筒及其他部件表面防腐应采用热镀锌或表面涂防腐漆的形式。 7.4.11滚动支吊架的主要尺寸参见附录C的图C.13~图C.15和表C.13~表C.15。

7.5.2绝热型支吊架的管部主要由绝热块、绝热块保护层和非整体式管部三部分组成。 7.5.3用于与奥氏体不锈钢表面接触的绝热材料,其可溶出氯化物、氟化物、硅酸盐、钠离子的含量及 浸出液的pH值,应符合GB/T17393的有关规定。 7.5.4绝热块的抗压强度应能满足支吊架的承载能力,绝热块在地震荷载下或管道其他振动载荷下不 应碎裂。绝热块的尺寸参见附录C的图C.16和表C.16~表C.17。 7.5.5用于保温的绝热块的导热系数不应大于0.2W/(m·K),用于保冷的绝热块的导热系数不应大 于0.05W/(m·K)。 7.5.6绝热保温材料可选用高强度硅酸钙、高强度膨胀蛭石等。绝热保冷材料可选用硬质高密度聚氨 酯(PUR)、聚异氰脲酸酯(PIR)、高强度泡沫玻璃砖,其特性参数应符合相应产品标准的规定。绝热层 享度在100mm及以上时宜采用分层结构,当采用同种材料时,内外层厚度宜近似相等;绝热各层铺设 应采用同层错缝、内外层压缝方式敷设。每个管支架的端部层与层之间做出台阶状,与管道上的绝热材 料搭接,管道与绝热材料的外表面之间不能形成通缝。 7.5.7各绝热材料的选用厚度宜与公称绝热厚度相匹配, 7.5.8绝热材料的最小轴向长度应在选取材料的抗压强度后,通过荷载计算确定。 7.5.9绝热块均应做好防水(憎水)处理,且应避免绝热块在安装时受雨淋,吸水后强度降低。绝热保 温宜在保护层内侧增设防潮层,绝热保冷管道应在保护层内侧增设防潮层。任何情况下不得将管部结 构直接与水平管道防潮层接触。 7.5.10绝热块保护层可用铝合金板或不锈钢板制成。对于水平管道支架,用上部保护层搭接下部保 护层,搭接长度不小于30mm。保护层的长度应根据管道规格、荷载及结构绝热块的抗压强度确定。 7.5.11对于需要承受管道轴向力的固定支架和立管吊架、托架均要在管道上焊接承力环。承力环材 质应与相应管道材质相同,承力环与管道坡口焊缝不应影响绝热块的安装, 7.5.12管道可使用带有或不带有高强度绝热块的防护板(外形见6.2管部结构型式1.6)。不带高强 度绝热块的防护板最小内径应符合表2的规定,圆弧角度应为180°。带有高强度绝热块的防护板长度 和厚度应适合插人材料的抗压强度,插入块至少应与防护板一样长,在需要防潮层的场合,防潮层应超 出防护板,延长50mm,并在外侧圆周搭接50mm。绝热块的防护板尺寸参见附录C的图C.17和 表C.18~表C.19

a)若因管径偏差,绝热快的间隙过大时,可用绝热柔性毡(如硅酸铝)来进行填补。 b 管夹的绝热块两端要与管道的保温层紧贴连成整体。 固定绝热块的管夹连接螺栓应拧紧,但不应过度挤压绝热块。螺栓拧紧后宜再用薄螺母锁紧 d 承力环应焊接在立管的规定支承高度处。两瓣承力环应与管道垂直,且于同一平面上。将铁 件两端吊孔与吊杆段的U形螺母连接,调节螺纹吊杆长度,直至绝热块顶面与管道上焊接的 承力环接触受载。 5.14绝热吊架的管部形式分为水平管U型吊架、水平管双螺栓管夹、水平管吊杆管夹横担、水平管 又吊杆管箍;立管双螺栓管夹,立管四螺栓管夹等;绝热块和防护板尺寸参见附录C。 5.15绝热支架的管部形式分为水平管管夹式滑动支架、水平管管夹式限位支架、水平管固定支架 水平管弯头支架、水平管滚动支架、立管水平支耳等:绝热块和防护板尺寸详见附录C
