仪器出厂检验要求应包括: a)出厂仪器均应进行出厂检验。 b)仪器出厂检验项目见表2。 c)当出厂检验出现不合格项目时,应判定该产品为不合格,不应出厂销售

6.2.1仪器型式检验规则

凡有下列情况之一时,仪器应进行型式检验。 a)新仪器试制定性鉴定。 b)仪器有工艺、材料、结构等方面的重大改变而影响产品性能时。 c)正常生产时,每年或积累50套后,应周期性进行型式检验

d)出厂检验中,检验结果与规定要求有较大差别时, e)国家技术监督部门或上级部门提出型式检验要求时。

按SY/T6582.2规定的方法进行刻度: a)仪器连接后通电检查,预热3nmin;将仪器放置在距离地面1m高处的仪器架上,测量本 底,取5min的平均值。 b) 在仪器计量中心一级刻度井的天然白云岩《低效)层和关然花岗岩(高放)层分别采样 5min,两层之间差值的标称值及不确定度为341.9API+2.3AP1,刻度因子按公式(A.1) 计算:

按以下步骤进行车间主校验: a)仪器连接后通电检套,预热30min:首先将仪器放置在距离地面1m高处的本架上,周围不 得有放射性物质。测量本底,取5min的平均值。 将伽马刻度器放置在仪器的固定位置,采样5min,用刻度因子计算出刻度器API值,测量 误差应不大于+5%。

用伽马刻度器,在测并前对仪器进行刻度校验。仪器接地面系统,将刻度器置于仪器 ,记录自然伽马计数率,测试系统对所测的数据进行计算,结果应符合刻度器的标称值, ±5%。
