用兆欧表测量,防静电检测等结果均应符合4.5的规定。 抗电强度试验检查:仪器电子线路短节与电极系等在装配好后,在供电芯1一外壳和芯4一外壳 之间分别供电交流50)Hz,1250V电压,用高压表(2000V)测量,无击穿和飞弧现象。

5.11连续工作时间试验

5.12平均故障间隔时间(MTBF)试验

仪器技术性能经测试合格后,平均故障间隔时间试验方法如下: a 室温环境条件下,选取多支仪器同时进行试验。 b) 仪器通电,使仪器均处于正常工作状态,按4.7的规定对被测试仪器进行监测,测试时间根 据试验仪器数量确定。 C 当被试仪器发生故障时,应停止试验排除故障。故障排除后,再重新投人试验。记录每次试 验的无故障T作时间,即故障间隔时间,依次为t;,t2,,ts,则平均故障间隔时间应按 公式(1)进行计算。

5.13.2组合测并测试

7标志、包装、运输和贮存

7.1.1仪器应有下列标志

产品型号及名称; 制造日期及出厂编号; 一生产单位名称; 一执行标准编号。 7.1.2仪器运输标志应符合GB/T191的规定。

7.2.1仪器包装应符合GB/T13384的规

一产品合格证; 一装箱单; 使用维修手册等。 7.2.3仪器应配备的备附件、工具等。

仪器应存放在于燥、无腐蚀性物品的环境内,贮存环境温度应符合4.2.2的要求,而且相对湿度 不大于90%。存放期间,应每隔六个月定期进行通电检查
