Requirementsofmeasuringinstruments:UseopticalthodoliteofGrade2second(J12)withbenttubeeyepiece,plusengineeringlevel(S3).Instrumentshereinaboveshallbeperiodicallysendtorelatedmeasuringcenterfortestandverification.Steelrulerof30~50mshallbealsoperiodicallycalibrated.Largeplumbof15kgmaybeprovidedwithsteelwireof0.5~0.8mm.

Requirementsofconstructionmeasurement:

Measurementofpositioningandsettingout:angleandlengthbetweenallmeasuringpointsshallbecalculated,methodsandsequencesshallbedeterminedpriortothemeasurement,thenexecutetheconstructionmeasurement.

Themeasurementshallbeinchargeofbytechnicalpersonsofsoleduty,personsinthemeasuringgroupshallbefixed,instrumentsshallusedandtakencareofbypersonspeciallyassignedthereto.Constructionmeasuringandsettingoutshallstrictlycarryouttherulesontechnicaldoublecheck.

Eachmeasurementshallberecordedinwriting,trulyfillthedatafromthemeasurementandsignedbytherelatedchief.Therecordsshallbeproperlyinthecustodyofthemeasuringgroupforreference.

Workpieceoffoundationalmainstructure

Depthofthefoundation

Thedepthofthefoundationisnottoodeep,anditwillbeexcavatedwithstirtypeslopeof1:0.5therefore,andpartiallyexcavatedinfull.Slopewillbeadjustedwhentrialexcavationconducted.

Wewilluse2R942typeexcavatorsprovidedwith5tippersof15tfortransportationwithinthesite.

Methodsfortheexcavation

Wewillusethemethodof“Onesteptoexcavateittotherequiredlevelandsize”,however,inconsiderationofthepipefoundationworks,aapartabout20cmwillbemanuallyexcavatedfollowingtheexcavators’operationforanassociatedtrimmingexcavation.

Exceptthecoefficientofslopeshallbeconsidered,workingfaceshallbealsoconsidered,anddrainagetrencheswillbesetsubjectthewaterlevelunderground.

Backfilling

Backfillimmediatelyafterthefoundationalworksbeingaccepted,backfilledsoilshallbeinaccordancewiththerequirementsofthebackfillingsoilquality,anditshallbetampedlayerbylayer(30cm).

Technicalmeasures

Itshallnotbeoverexcavated,ifdidso,relatedrectificationshallbejointlydeterminedbythedesignerandsupervisor,itshallnotbetreatedwithloosensoilofbackfilling.

Controllingthelevelofthebottomwithlabelwhenconducttrimmingexcavation.

About20cmapartfromthemechanicalexcavationshallbeensuredformanuallyexcavationtoavoidthestakesbeingcrushedorexcavated.
