Safetechnologymeasures

1)所有施工人员必须严格遵守施工现埸有关安全施工及有关环保等安全生产规定。

Allworkersshouldstrictlyabidethesafeoperationregulationsaboutsafelyconstructingandenvironmentsafeguardonsite.

2)此项施工主要是操作配合协调作业，施工人员必须精心协调操作，听从指挥。高空所有使用的脚手架等必须绑扎牢固可靠，并检查合格后，方能使用。

3)所有选用机具，工具，索具等必须严格检查，不合格产品严禁使用。现场的机具工具及材料等堆放整齐，做到文明施工。

4)卸车点必须用道渣或砂石料垫平压实后上面再加垫一层30至40mm厚钢板，在钢板上再搭设支撑垛等，并找好设备中心及重心，以防损坏设备。

5)设备在卸车进行起落时，应在重物下另搭支撑垛，随起随垫或随降随拆起保险作用。

6）吊装施工必须设专人指挥及观察，信号统一，准确，操作平稳。

7）每台100吨以上的设备吊装前都必须经项目部组织的联合检查及试吊确认后，方可正式吊装。

9.4.3应急处理的方法

Disposalmeasuresforemergency

组织参加施工人员学习应急预案，明确职责分工，熟悉掌握处理步骤，设立安全集结区，在事故状态下，根据事故的种类，由总指挥组织各专业组的施工人员进行下列应急处理工作。

a）进行报警，报告和引导，紧急撤离现场，在安全地带集结。

c）进行灾害扑救和控制。.

d）救护伤员，保护事故现场。

9.4.4应急处理信息的传递

1）事故发生后，第一知情人应直接汇报总指挥，同时采取果断操作或指令，最大限度地保护自巳和他人的人身安全和设备的安全。

3）发生突发事故时，现场指挥立即急促长哨声或大声呼唤，指挥现场作业人员按预先制定的紧急撤离路线快速撤离到指定的集结区。

4）听到紧急撤离信号后，现场所有人员应保持冷静，立即停止工作，切断电源，按撤离路线快速撤离到指定的集结区，不允许乱跑动。
