1.4钢结构安装InstallationofSteelStructure

1.4.1基础验收FoundationInspection&Acceptance

a钢结构安装前应对建筑物的定位轴线、基础轴线和标高、地脚螺栓位置等进行检查,并办理书面交接验收手续。基础验收应由监理单位会同土建施工单位和安装施工单位联合进行。

1.4.2安装Installation

钢结构安装施工时,需根据结构柱基础移交进度情况和施工总体统筹计划的要求进程,总体原则是:优先进行管廊结构的安装,后进行钢框架的安装。管廊结构的安装,应根据设计特点,合理将其划分为若干独立单元,以便组织施工;每一单元的全部构件安装完毕后,应能形成稳定的空间刚度单元。

Theinstallationworksofsteelstructurewillbecarriedoutaccordingtotheturningoverconditionoffoundationandrequirementofconstructionintegratedplanning.Thegeneralprincipleisthatfirstinstallpiperack,andtheninstallssteelframes.Accordingtodesignfeatureinstallationworkofpiperackwillbereasonablydividedintomanyunitsforeasytoorganizingconstruction.Afterfinishinginstallationworkforallthesteelstructureofeachunit,itshouldbuilduponesteadyspatialstiffnessunit.

为方便管道安装及装置施工期间大型机械设备的进出场,在AREA940和AREA950管廊结构安装时暂预留部分结构不安装,待条件具备后再完善施工。

管廊结构拟利用50吨~120吨等不同等级的液压吊车将预制合格的柱梁构件逐件吊装完成;设备框架的安装,如设计与安装条件许可,拟在其安装位置就近预制成片或箱形的单元结构,利用大型吊车整体安装,框架吊点须经计算确定,并经设计单位批准,必要时应进行强度和稳定性验算,采取必要的加固措施。

(1)钢柱脚安装前,先按要求将基础进行处理,并根据安装标高在地脚螺栓两侧设置垫铁,然后预制好的钢柱构件吊装就位,找正、找平、把紧地脚螺栓。

(2)钢结构的柱、梁和支撑等主要构件安装形成空间刚度单元后,应及时进行找正、固定,当天安装的钢构件应形成稳定的空间体系。

Aftersteelcolumns,beamsandsupportshavebeeninstalledandbuiltuponesteadyspatialstiffnessunit.Alignment,tighteningworkshouldbeperformedintimely.Thesteelstructureinstalledinonedayshouldmakeuponesteadyspatialstiffness.

(3)每一单元的钢结构安装完毕,找正合格,应及时交付建筑施工单位用无收缩水泥或CGM浆料按图纸标高进行二次灌浆。

(4)钢柱安装时,每节柱的定位轴线应从地面控制轴线进接引上,不得从下层柱轴线引上。

(5)钢结构安装、校正时,应根据风力、温差、日照等外界环境和焊接变形等因素的影响,采取相应的调整措施。

(6)钢构件运输时,应根据长度、重量选用车辆,钢构件在车辆上的支点,两端伸出的长度及绑扎方法均应保证钢构件不产生变形,不损伤涂层。

(7)应按种类、型号、安装顺序分区存放并做好标识,钢构件存放时应采取措施防止变形。

1.4.3连接和固定ConnectionandFixing

本标段钢结构采用大六角头高强度螺栓连接,连接接头经检查合格后方可紧固。螺栓拧紧采用指针式扭矩扳手或电动定扭矩扳手,用指针式扭矩扳手或带百分表的扭矩扳手检查,检查扳手的扭矩精度要高于施拧扳手的扭矩精度。

(1)高强度螺栓连接的摩擦面的加工及摩擦系数值应符合设计要求,摩擦面采用生锈处理方法时,安装前应以细钢丝刷除去摩擦面上的浮锈。安装时浍河桥上部结构施工方案,构件的摩擦面应保持干燥,不得在雨雪中作业(如无可靠的防护措施)。

Fabricationandcoefficientoffrictionforfrictionconnectionsurfacemustbeinaccordancewithrequirementofdesigner.Ifitisrusty,therustmustbecleanedwiththinwirebrushbeforeinstallation.Surfaceoffrictionconnectionshouldbekeptdry.Workingatrainingdayorsnowingdayisnotallowed.(Ifthereisnoreliableprotectivemeasure.)

(2)高强度螺栓连接安装时,在每个节点上应穿入必要的临时螺栓和冲钉,其数量由安装时可能承担的荷载计算确定,一般不得少于安装总数的1/3,并不得少于两个临时螺栓,冲钉穿入数量不超过临时螺栓的30%。

不得用高强度螺栓兼做临时螺栓,以防损伤螺纹引起扭矩系数的变化。

(3)安装高强度螺栓时,严禁强行穿入螺栓(如用锤敲打)。如不能自由穿入,该孔应用铰刀进行修整,禁止气割扩孔。修孔时,为了防止铁屑落入板叠缝中,铰孔前应将四周螺栓全部拧紧,使板叠密贴后再进行。修整后孔的最大直径应小于1.2倍螺栓直径。
