239生料库基础混凝土施工方案

239Rawmealsilofoundationconcretecastingscheme

一、说明introduce

本工程为239生料库基础，相对标高为2.200—4.700，混凝土量为435.6m3（C30）4沥青混凝土路面施工组织设计，为有效地控制和保证基础混凝土浇注质量，故编制此施工方案。

二、准备Prepare

1、搅拌站准备：计划分成两班Batchingplant:threeshifts

每班eachshift

保证每班连续浇筑250m3

Eachshiftmustpreparematerialsfor250m3concrete

保证连续浇筑450m3

Totallyshouldbe450m3concrete

注：1、一班工作时间从早上6：30—14：30；二班工作时间从14：30—22：30；三班工作时间从22：30—次日早上6：30.每班约8小时,直至浇筑结束（约3班）。吃饭时间送饭至现场。2、设备提前检修保证完好，检修人员24小时值班。3、搅拌站生产能力为25m3/h，两个水泥仓准备180T水泥，散装水泥车同时准备30T水泥，总计210T水泥。

2、Firstshiftbeginningfrom6:30to14:30(23/11/08);secondshiftfrom14:30to22:30;thirdshiftfrom22:30tothenextdaymorning.Eachshift8hours.

3、Examineandrepairtheequipmentbeforeworking,maintainermust24hoursstayatbatchingplant.

4、Theproducecapacityofthebatchingplantis25m3/h.Twosiloswillprepare180Tandthebulkcementtruckwillalsohave30T.Totallyatleast210T.

32、浇筑人员准备：为保证基础混凝土的连续浇筑，组织操作人员分成两班，连续作业，班组人员安排如下表：Personnelpreparation

3、机具材料及现场准备：对施工所用机械进行全面检查、保养，并做好备用措施，避免在浇筑混凝土过程中出现机械故障，以保证混凝土浇筑的连续性。机具安排见下表：Equipmentpreparation

注：1、机具提前检修保证完好，检修人员24小时值班。2、备用活动碘钨灯8个（各带50m线），移动开关箱2套。3、施工前清理基坑周边，保证施工设备就位通行、人员行动无障碍。4、50T吊车和一个1立方的混凝土斗子。

1、Alltheequipmentshouldbecheckedbeforeusing,maintainer24hoursstayonthesite.

2、Prepare8tungstenlamps.

3、One50Tcranewithbucket(1M3)mustonthesitebeforecastingconcrete.

三、浇筑Castingconcrete

1、混凝土浇筑采用水平分层、每层厚度300mm向前推进。地泵和吊车同时开始浇注，各自负责半圈。保证每层混凝土初凝前浇注上一层混凝土。

Castingconcretelayerbylayerandeachlayer300mm。PumpandCranecastingatthesametime,eachequipmentcastinghalfofthesilofoundation.Beforethefirstlayerofconcretereachtheinitialsettingtimewewillcastthesecondlayerofconcrete.
